eLearning Day To Do List
**When you post in Seesaw, make sure you put your things in the eLearning folder**
You must do reading and math first. Then, you can choose the rest of the activities to make 5 hours of learning time.
eLearning Work for WEDNESDAY 1/30
Reading (1 hour)
Complete the -igh spelling activity that I posted in Google Classroom.
Complete the Seesaw Activity using your spelling words. Open Seesaw, click on Activities, and you should see the assigned activity. **In case you lost your spelling list, your spelling words are: old, cold, sold, told, hold, post, most, find, kind, mind, wild, child.**
Read a book for your Tower of Books Challenge. Take a picture of the book you read and post it in Seesaw.
Math (1 hour)
Do Days 3 and 4 on Math Boxes 16 on Google Classroom.
Use the Timed Test app to practice your addition facts and subtraction facts for 5 minutes each. Send me your best score. E-mail it to [email protected]
Do ST Math for 20 minutes.
Do iXL E.1, F.1, and J. 1 for 20 minutes.
Writing (1 hour)
Should we have school tomorrow?
Go to Seesaw. Use the text option. Write your opinion and support it with 3 REASONS why you think that. Don't forget to use capitals and punctuation.
Science (30 minutes)
Social Studies (30 minutes)
There are a lot of people in your classroom and home communities. Choose one person from your community and write them a card telling them something that you appreciate about them. Take a picture of the card and post it in Seesaw before you give your card to that person.
Specials (30 minutes-1 hour each)
Click here to get to the specials teachers pages. Today you need to do: If you see another special teacher (Mrs. Gajauskis, Mrs. Roy, or Mrs. Gozun), you can do one of their assignments in place of a science or social studies assignment.

Read the Scholastic News article about Martin Luther King that I posted on Google Classroom.
Take the quiz at the end and turn it in.
Reread the Poem in SUPER Go, Go, Go on the Superkids app. Practice your fluency, rhythm and expression. If you need to login use:

Complete any other SUPER Go, Go, Go Practice Pages that you have not completed yet. Complete the Unit 7 quiz on the Superkids app if you haven't finished it yet.

We talked a lot about being responsible and productive during class. Use the draw tool on Seesaw to design a poster showing what a responsible or productive student would do.

- tell who, where, and when in the beginning
- give at least three details on what you did
- use transition words to tell what you did (first, next, then,after that, finally)
- how you felt or a lesson you learned at the end

- You are a weather person! Your job is to make a weather report. Pretend you work for the local news station. Use your camera to record your weather report in Seesaw. You will need to include the following in your report:
- Today's date
- Current temperature
- Current weather (rain, snow, sleet)
- Forecast of tonight's weather
- Prediction: Will we have school tomorrow?
